Hey, I'm Aiza, I have been working in customer service for the past 10 years. I am always been passionate about helping people, and my experience in this field has honed my skills in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.

In addition to my customer service expertise, I recently yook an interest in graphic design. I had taken some courses and completed a few projects, gaining valuable experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

I am a detail-oriented person, which has helped me excel in both customer service and graphic design. My ability to communicate effectively with clients has also proved to be a valuable asset in her graphic design work, as I was able to understand their needs and bring their visions to life.

In my free time, I enjoy Freediving and painting. I also volunteer at a local animal shelter, where I puts my customer service skills to use by helping to match animals with their new forever homes.
