Graphic artists utilize graphic design skills to create media products and visual communications such as adverts, branding, publicity materials and magazine layouts.

 

1.       Design brochures, logos, signs, magazine covers, advertisements, and other communication materials.

2.       Create these materials by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe's Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more.

3.       Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers’ needs.

4.       Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.

5.       Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.

6.       Liaising with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality.

7.       Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.

Qualifications: 

·        Degree in Multimedia, Graphic and Media Design, Fine/Visual Art or any relevant degree

·        Experience in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Communication Arts is a plus

·        Understanding of marketing, production, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

·        Knowledge of digital design and photo-editing software.

·        Exceptional creativity and innovation.

·        Time management and organizational skills.

·        Can start ASAP.
