Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
• Process Accounts receivables and payables
• Process Bank reconciliation, Invoicing, General ledger etc.

Requirements

• Graduate of bachelor of science in Accountancy/Accounting Technology/Accounting Management
• 1-3 years of working experience as an Accountant/Bookkeeper is a plus
• Well versed in using Excel
• Experience with at least one of the computerized accounting apps/software is a vast
• Experience in Basic bookkeeping
• Experience in Invoicing, Accounts payable and receivable
• Experience is XERO and MYOB is a plus
• General ledger
• Amenable to work in an home-based setup.
