Description
Multimedia Specialist is responsible for creating two- and three-dimensional designs, animations, video editing and illustrations using modeling software or by writing their own code. They will work on projects individually or as a part of a team of another department to draft successful designs according to management and client needs.

Responsibilities
- Offer support to meet the visual communication needs of the organization.
- Produce graphic designs that align with specific guidelines in order to achieve desired outcomes.
- Come up with concepts for 2D and 3D art/mock-ups
- Collaborate with a team of creatives to produce large media projects
- Interface with clients, managers and other professionals to establish project timelines
- Manage projects, adhere to deadlines and ensure they successfully meet client needs
- Edit graphics and animation according to client, manager and designer feedback
- Create designs for various graphic elements such as posters, ads, videos, websites, marketing materials, calendars, and more.
- Conduct research to prepare cost estimates, color palettes, and specifications for design projects.
- Oversee and take part in multiple graphic projects from start to finish.
- Consult with clients and department staff to determine the best approach for planning and developing artwork.
- Understand design requirements to produce accurate graphic work.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other staff to receive technical guidance or coordinate the production of graphic materials.
- Provide suggestions and ideas to enhance the quality of design materials.
- Utilize different technologies and mediums to create high-quality graphics.
- Review and offer feedback on the work of junior colleagues.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies, theories, practices, and techniques related to graphic design.
- Maintain a database of images and graphic designs/artwork for future reference.
- Provide periodic reports to senior management on the status of graphic design projects.
- Manage and deliver graphic projects within the allotted timeline and budget.
- Use relevant computer programs and illustration software
- Create graphics and animation through a variety of techniques
- Research materials and design approaches for upcoming projects
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor in Communications, Multimedia Arts or related courses
- Proven work experience in Multimedia Arts and Creatives
- Able to provide high-quality visuals, illustrations, and ideas
- Highly skilled and proficient in programs, and applications for visual editing
- Can keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to extend the time for priority and urgent projects
- Experience in technical and operational events (lights and sounds, electronic displays, etc.)
- Able to visualize and deliver relative and timely ideas creatively – bringing ideas to life
- Able to use tools, programs, and applications like Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/ Premiere, Canva, and XD
- Proficient in using After Effects and 3d modeling software.
- Great communication and Language skills
