Job Summary
The position will be responsible for creating, reviewing and editing content for the company which will be published in the company’s websites, social media pages and in-store locations. Moreover, this position is expected to work simultaneously with the marketing team to maintain consistency between marketing campaigns and content published. This person is also expected to help maintain the brand look or image in physical store locations of the company.

1. Work with the marketing department to get and understanding of the short term and long term marketing targets and then develop content strategies accordingly.
2. Creating content which will catch maximum customer interest
3. Writing and reviewing content for websites, social media pages and public communications
4. Collaborating with sales and marketing team to decide the brand taglines, logo and other promotional material.
5. Compile, distribute and present ideas, information and strategies, organize, modify and update existing content, and monitor performance of marketing campaigns
6. Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define audiences and come up with appropriate courses of action
7. Collaborate with co-workers and come up with fresh, creative content ideas, keeping our audience in mind.
8. Create marketing collateral for physical events and physical stores.
9. Measuring and monitoring company website and social media traffic statistics.
10. Monitor the increase in traffic due to new content and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics.
11. Work with a wide range of media and graphic design and video-editing software
12. Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels.
13. Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws.
14. Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans.
15. Identify customers needs in relation to the company and write content to cater those needs.
16. Update the website, social media and content pages periodically
17. Conducting research on the key SEO terms and incorporating them into the content to achieve maximum viewership
18. Assist in marketing events.
19. Check in-store displays are presentable and in line with brand image.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphics and Design, Marketing, Journalism, IT, Advertising, English or related field
- Good eye for style and design.
- Experienced with creating strong, engaging content.
- A portfolio of applicable outputs.
- Proficient in video editing software and other graphics editing software.
