Responsibilities
Creatives Head will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the creative team to conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative and compelling visual and written content. You will be responsible for guiding the creative process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality materials that align with the company's brand strategy and objectives. The Creatives Head will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor creative talent, and contribute to the overall success of the creative department.

Qualification
-A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline
-Several years of experience in a creative or marketing role, demonstrating a progression of responsibilities and leadership.
-Experience in overseeing and coordinating the work of a creative team to meet project objectives and deadlines.
-Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced creative environment.
-Ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging open communication and creative collaboration within the team.
-Willing to be deployed at Parkhomes Subd. Queens Row West Bacoor, Cavite. (Landmark: Jollibee Molino)
