Responsibilities
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, s/he should exhibit social expertise including being up to date with current trends and conversations happening in social and being knowledgeable with regard to up and coming and talked about influencers. Furthermore, s/he should be able to plan, conceptualize and develop social plans for campaigns.

The Core Objectives: 
1. Manage day-to-day of social media pages FB, Instagram, X, TikTok, YT, including trendspotting, managing of digital boosting, analyzing data of the company and its competitors in order to distinguish how to improve social operations further. 
2. Build and execute social and influencer strategy for campaigns 
3. Plan, implement and monitor social efforts and campaigns 
4. Participate in brainstorming for campaigns and special projects
5. Collaborate with agencies to strive for strategy and execution excellence 
Requirements
The Must-Haves: 
1. Bachelors in business / marketing/ media, or experience in social and/or influencer marketing is preferred. 
2. At least 2 - 3 years of work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. 
3. Must be organized and detail oriented. Being proactive is a huge asset too! 
4. Able to work under pressure and under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
