Responsibilities
Tasks:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, user testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design ideas and concepts
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs
- Ensure consistent and seamless user experiences across all digital platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to continuously improve our products
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of innovation and creativity within the team
- Ad hoc graphic design (infographics, decks, social media ads, etc.)
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role for 3+ years
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar
- Experience in Webflow is a plus
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
- A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects and demonstrating your design process and thinking
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs based on input
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Good oral and verbal communication skills
- Recent experience working in US office hours
