Description
Assists the E-Commerce Associate in the execution of the company's E-Commerce plans and objectives
Responsibilities
- In-charge of product listing and product delisting/archiving in assigned e-commerce platforms including uploading of product photos and setting up of landing pages for product collections.
- Ensures inventory levels in assigned e-commerce platforms are updated, disabling out of stock items and enabling replenished items as needed
- In-charge of setting up and maintaining of the store layout based on templates provided by the design team
- In-charge of extraction and preparation of data from different platforms for the preparation of reports
- Coordinates with providers for any issue on the systems used in the company's e-commerce operations
- Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Manager or other top-ranking company officials.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
- With a least 0-1 year related experience in retail, sales or operations
- Experience/exposure to e-commerce platforms is an advantage
- Must be proficient in the use of spreadsheets applications and functions
- Must have strong administrative, time management and interpersonal skills
- Must be detail oriented, excellent research and organizational skills
