The IT OJT (On the Job Training) will assist to the IT Desktop Support and IT Specialist.

·         Installing desktop operating systems.

·         Installing desktop operating systems.

·         Configure basic desktop setting.

·         Install hardware and other peripherals, like: keyboard, mouse and others.

·         Setup printers.

·         Perform basic desktops troubleshooting.

·         Monitor incident and request tickets.

·         Reply and answer chats supports query as first level of support

·         Assist client desktop movement as per request.

·         Assist in IT inventory.

·         Perform desktops maintenance.

·         Additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by IT Lead or IT Manager.

•      Graduating students of Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. 

•      Hardworking and willing to be trained

•      Render 1800 work hours

•      Memorandum of Agreement from the school

•      Endorsement letter from the school

•      Waiver
